Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6: prices increase

The prices of the next one were leaked today Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, which show an increase of $100 for all variants. But information has also emerged on the selling prices of the different versions of the Galaxy Z Flip6and unfortunately there is no good news.

As with the Fold6, the Flip6 will also see a $100 increase over last year’s Flip5, regardless of which variant you choose.

Galaxy Z Flip6: prices in the United States

In the United States, two options will be available for purchase. The base model with 256GB of internal memory will be sold for $1,099.99, while the version with 512GB of memory will be priced at $1,219.99.

Of course, US prices do not give precise indications of the rest of the world, but they are not encouraging signs. The dream of cheaper foldables (at least on Samsung’s part) now seems to have faded.

Colors

The Galaxy Z Flip6 will be available in colors Mint, Silver Shadow, yellow and blue. It will weigh 187 grams, exactly like the Flip5. The size of the main display will also remain unchanged at 6.7 inches.

As with the Fold6, the Flip6 will likely be offered with a free memory upgrade at launch, meaning you may be able to get the 512GB model priced at $1,099.99.

Trade-in offers are also expected, as well as other benefits such as discounts on accessories if you pre-order. These incentives could partially mitigate the impact of the price increase.
