Nicola Irto, on the very serious political implications connected to the “Ducal Operation”, finds perfect correspondence in the glacial detachment of the national head of Legality of the PD, sen. Enza Rando, who arrived on the shores of the Strait in recent days due to events related to her role.
The same can be said about the recent move to Reggio Calabria of the PD national communication manager, Sandro Ruotolo, after having obtained useful votes for his election in Brussels, without even questioning whether or not the consensus expressed to him had the “noble ” seal made in Sambatello.
These are highly significant indicators of the double standard that has always fueled the hypocrisy of the “democrats”.
In Genoa there is a scandal over the failure to resign of governor Toti, only to then surrender to a shameful silence on the now notorious relations maintained, over time, by the Reggio PD with the Duchy of Sambatello, whose polluted and putrid contribution has further distorted the result election of 2020, despite the fact that access to seats reserved in the same administrative consultation for people who had already passed away was overwhelming.
Faced with these circus performances, the top figures of the national and regional PD, as well as the ANCI of the sanctified Decaro da Bari, are silent today!
And their silence means having left Falcomatà adrift, for his part now resigned to the surreal defense of his office
of the “loyal” and highly selected soccer companions, in truth alarmed by the imminent and inevitable dispatch of the access commission which will put their perks and salaries at risk.
But even more reprehensible is that a former municipal councilor, and moreover a policeman, has become a regional councillor, under the sinister banner of the PD, without having a very clear boundary line that separates what concerns justice – whether sanctionable or not – from what significantly distances itself from minimum requirements of public ethics.
It is unbecoming that the Mayor’s soccer partner/guardian angel uses as a pretext – exactly as LIBERA Calabria has already done – the parliamentary vote recently expressed on differentiated autonomy to distract public opinion in Reggio, and proposes again the fetish of the cloying refrain of ballot of 21 September 2020 “Reggio non si Lega”.
The attempt to silence the ever louder and clearer fact of the peremptory and irreversible request for resignation that a community in the throes of despair and disgust addresses to Falcomatà is banally childish.
And so, from Falcomatà and his companions, regardless of the very serious risk that their conduct has caused the city in the last decade, what else can we expect, if not a utilitarian evaluation of the immediate resignation that everyone is calling for and are they waiting?
A usefulness, in this regard, exists and is well known to the dying municipal administration which found itself in a dead end, especially after the failure of the banks pursued on the upper levels: the compass of the young men who signed the Reggio disaster can only be oriented towards “securing” their careers, otherwise crushed by the sanction of ineligibility inherent in an increasingly looming and inevitable dissolution with each passing day.
