LECCE – Paolo Foresio, of the Democratic Party, was the most voted candidate for the city council considering all the lists in the field. At the moment the official results of 4 of the 102 sections (those being examined by the Electoral Commission for the closure of the counting operations) are still missing.
Outgoing councillor, he obtained 1,435 votes, followed by Sergio Signore with 1,131 (also on the council). In third place Antonio Rotundo with 644, then Loredana Di Cuonzo with 591 and Marco Giannotta with 464. Elly Schlein’s party is first in the city assembly with 12.62 percent.
In Lecce Citta Pubblica (7.52 percent) 883 preferences went to Silvia Miglietta (also in the outgoing council and the most supported woman), 403 for Fabiana Cicirillo, 394 for Sergio Della Giorgia and 368 for Maurizio Pancosta.
Civic Consciousness is the third force of the coalition with 7.35 percent: Christian Gnoni obtained 768 preferences, followed by Toni De Matteis with 544 and Giulio Mele with 312.
For Avanti Lecce 5.14 percent with Enza Corvaglia who obtained 381 preferences, one more than Giovanni Occhineri. For Alfredo Fiorentino 229 votes. In Noi per Lecce, at 4.05 percent, Andrea Fiore had 422 votes, Gianluca Borgia 368. Marco De Matteis received 444 preferences and is the most voted in Sveglia Lecce (3.55). In Lecce Città Giusta, which currently stands at 2.86 percent, Pierpaolo Patti was the most supported with 358 votes. For the M5S (2.63) the most voted was Arturo Baglivo with 173 preferences. In the Reformist list for Salvemini (2.26), Gabriele Torricelli is in first place with 188.
The lists of Siculella and Ciucci
Mind Menti Indipendenti and Aria were the two lists in support of the mayoral candidate Alberto Siculella: the first obtained 250 votes, the second 191 (0.91 percent together).
Rights and civilizations for Lecce was the list in support of Agostino Ciucci: 514 preferences collected by the various candidates.
