After the first experiences in Argentina for Delgado the doors of the Junior National Team of his country are opened wide: this baggage allows him to land in Italy on the bench of Palermo: for him the promotion to Serie A1 as well as the beginning of the splendid period as coach of the Italian Junior National Team and Prejuniores as well as the position of manager of the Club Italia which he held between 2000 and 2002.
Delgado achieved many prestigious results: the silver medals of the European Junior Championships (1994 and 2000) stand out, as well as the spectacular gold medals at the European Junior Championships of 1998 and Prejuniores of 2001. Lastly, the great resourcefulness and commitment of president Corrado”: these are the very first words of coach Delgado who expects to “give my best and create, together with the players, a true and strong team group, indispensable to achieve ambitious results”.
