Acts of bullying against a boy: 5 teenagers identified, only two are attributable because they are over 14 years old, prescriptive measures are taken for them and they will not be able to use social networks. Following investigation activities directed by the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office of Naples, the CASERTA State Police executed orders for the application of prescriptive measures against two young people. The investigation by the Maddaloni public security police station, developed following the complaint filed in recent months by the parents of a minor, led to the reporting of 5 teenagers, between 13 and 16 years old, held responsible for repeated physical assaults and insults over time, compared to a peer with cognitive weaknesses. The violence of the bullies was filmed on video, then published on social media and in chats created specifically to ”persecute” the victim. The investigations revealed the group’s conduct and only the non-attributability of some of those involved – three of whom are just 13 years old – did not allow the issuing of criminal measures, as instead happened for the two young people. This will not exclude, for all those involved, measures of an administrative nature. The two minors who are the recipients of the criminal restrictive measures will be forced, in addition to having to return to their homes every day no later than 10 pm, not being able to use social networks and being able to use their cell phones exclusively under strict observation of their parents. In particular, they will have to participate in voluntary activities in favor of people with disabilities, which will be indicated by the Social Services of the Municipality.
