Caught packing doses of drugs in a park next to a school. It happened in Pisa where two people, a 33-year-old and a minor, tried to escape but were stopped and arrested by the police. According to the reconstruction, suspicious movements had been monitored in the Putignano area for several days, also reported by several residents. After some observation and shadowing services, investigators from the Pisa police station identified the hiding place of the suspicious subjects, in the park next to the Gamerra school.
In the past few days, a surprise check was carried out, during which a 33-year-old criminal and a minor, with no criminal record and homeless, both Tunisians, were stopped. On site, the officers found over 400 grams of heroin and material useful for packaging and dealing the narcotic substance. A switchblade and several cell phones were also seized. The seized drugs would have allowed the packaging of over 2,000 single doses of heroin for a market value of around 30,000 euros. In agreement with the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Pisa and the Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Florence, the police proceeded to arrest the suspects in flagrante delicto.
