Civitavecchia – Piendibene and D’Antò
Enzo D’Antò should be the next president of the city council of Civitavecchia, ready to inherit the role of “notary” of the local authority from the Melonian Giancarlo Frascarelli. A decision that, if confirmed in the next few days, would be motivated by the decisive alliance that the new mayor Marco Piendibene has made with the 5 Star Movement.
In fact, D’Antò was the candidate for mayor of the pentastellati and Civitavecchia Popolare, in addition to the civic list under the aspiring mayor. In total his coalition took 14%, a result that D’Antò himself then transferred to the centre-left in the run-off.
Almost everyone would agree on the choice of D’Antò, from the Democratic Party to the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra up to the Unione Civica.
