These are the mayor’s words Luca Salvetti in the letter convening the first meeting of the City Council, scheduled for Monday 1 July at 3pm in the Council Hall of the Civic Palace.
These are the items on the agenda:
1. Administrative elections 8 and 9 June 2024 – Validation of elected officials (art. 41, paragraph 1 T.UEL) and of incoming Councillors pursuant to art. 64, paragraph 2 TUEL;
2. Renunciation of the office of municipal councilor elected as a candidate for mayor in the administrative elections of 8 and 9 June 2024. Subrogation pursuant to art. 38, paragraphs 4 and 8 TUEL;
3. Election of the Deputy Councilor pursuant to the Municipal Regulation approved with CC Resolution n. 20 of 8/02/2024 – Validation of the elected Deputy Councilor;
4. Administrative elections 8 and 9 June 2024 – Oath of the Mayor (art. 50, paragraph 11 TUEL);
5. Communication from the Mayor regarding the members of the Municipal Council (art. 46, paragraph 2 TUEL);
6. Election of the President of the Council and the Vice Presidents (art. 39, paragraph 1 TUEL and articles 30, paragraph 2 and 33 of the Statute);
7. Election of the Municipal Electoral Commission (art. 41, paragraph 2 TUEL);
8. Appointment of members of the Municipal Commission for the updating of the lists of Popular Judges of the Court of Assizes and the Court of Assizes of Appeal (art. 13, Law 10 April 1951, n. 287).
