The third edition of Future Campus Fabriano is underway

Fabriano, 13 June 2024 – A beautiful morning of celebration yesterday at the Mirco Aghetoni stadium in Fabriano for the inaugural day of Future Campus Fabriano, the project conceived by Federica Capriotti, Fabrianese Territorial Committee of Confindustria Ancona, now in its third year of life.

A project that immediately found the support of the Merloni Foundation which this year was also joined by the contribution of the Marche Chamber of Commerce and the Diocesan Caritas of Fabriano Matelica.

There were over 100 children present who this year will be divided into three classes: i beginnerwho begin their experience, i master’s degree who attended the first class last year and advanced who attended the master’s degree last year.

“It’s always a great feeling to be with the kids – he said Federica Capriotti – and see first-hand their enthusiasm, their desire to get involved. This project was born for them, to help them discover their territory, to introduce them to companies, to accompany them in the discovery of their talents. But every year that passes I realize that we also take a lot from them. And to those who say that today’s kids are disheartened, without ambition, without determination, I say: come to Campus and you will change your mind! Their energy is truly contagious: this is demonstrated by the fact that this year we had to close registrations just a week after opening and that those who attended the first year want to return the following year too. Truly a wonderful satisfaction.”

Satisfaction also expressed by all those who did not want to miss this opportunity to send their greetings to the boys, starting from Pierluigi Bocchini, president of Confindustria Ancona who encouraged them to seize this opportunity to get to know the many companies and entrepreneurs in the area, “you can learn something from everyone”. Thanks also to Chiara BiondiCouncilor of the Marche Region who believed in this project from the beginning, a Gian Mario Spacca representing the Merloni Foundation, without whose support this project would never have been realized, a Don Marco Strona and the friends of the Diocesan Caritas of Fabriano Matelica who supported the initiative and others Giacomo Guida representing the municipal administration.

Theme of the day: sport as a metaphor for life and thanks to four coaches who guided the boys in team games, the boys literally put their skills into play: the ability to work in a team, to collaborate, to express leadership, to respect each other. Thanks therefore to: Claudio Alianello, Rossano Ricci, Paolo Mearelli and Noemi Cariddi who dedicated their morning to the kids on campus.

A nice breath of energy also from
