After Enrico Marmo of the 1 Michelin Star Balzi Rossi restaurant in Ventimiglia (Imperia), another starred chef accepted the invitation to prepare a special dinner together with the students of the Colline Astigiane professional training agency in Agliano Terme and Asti: Gabriele Boffa, 2 Michelin Stars at the Locanda del Sant’Uffizio in Cioccaro di Penango (Asti) was the protagonist of an evening in the school’s “educational restaurant”.

«A talented young man of Alba origins – says Annalisa Conti, president of the Hotel School – in a short time he has managed to gain the trust of his customers and obtain the double Michelin star. His cuisine starts from excellent raw materials and transforms them in an innovative way, enhancing their colours. An opportunity for growth for our students who were able to see the path taken by a young man who started out just like them with the dream of growing and the humility of learning from great masters like Crippa.” Also present in the room was the maître d’ of the Holy Office, Francesco Palumbo, who gave a lesson to the waiters on the importance of hospitality and empathy towards customers. «Another successful evening, which saw a full house in less than 48 hours – underlines Alessandra Sozio, director of the professional agency “Colline Astigiane” – Among the many guests in the room were young former students of our school who started during the years of hotel school to take his first steps in the world of work alongside the executive chef Boffa and the dining room manager Palumbo. A circle that closes: starting from school to take flight and return to school because we are grateful and grateful for those who have invested and continue to do so in the training of new generations.”

«I am extremely proud to be able to host internationally renowned chefs in our school. This event not only enriches our community with exceptional culinary experiences, but also highlights our commitment to gastronomic culture and education”, says the mayor of Agliano Terme Marco Biglia.
