Serious road accident last night in Solaro: a 30-year-old man was transported under code red to Niguarda hospital.
The accident occurred shortly after 8.30 pm in via Marco Polo, a side street of Corso Europa, which runs alongside the Groane Park.
The car, a Honda, went off the road, breaking down the fence that protects the cycle path and then continuing until it crashed into a tree.

According to an initial reconstruction, there were two people from Eastern Europe in the car: the passenger escaped practically unharmed, while the driver was found by rescuers in very serious conditions. A Purple Cross ambulance with the support of the medical car, the firefighters of the Saronno detachment and the carabinieri of the Rho company quickly intervened on the scene.
The exact dynamics of the serious accident are yet to be reconstructed. The 30-year-old who was driving the car was transported under code red to Niguarda, hospitalized in serious and life-threatening conditions.
