VENICE – The legendary singer and songwriter Umberto Tozzi is ready to give one last thrill to his fans July 7th at St. Mark’s Square, Venice. In the Ballroom of the Correr Museum, he presented the Venetian leg of his world tour “L’ultima Notte Rosa – The Final Tour”, thus marking his definitive farewell to the live scene.

The event was introduced by the Tourism Councilor Simone Venturiniwho brought greetings from the Municipality of Venice. “It will be a very emotional concert for me, the magic of Piazza San Marco combined with my music will make this event unforgettable – declared Tozzi – I can’t wait to get on that stage where I saw Paul McCartney’s concert with Wings as a boy and I never thought I’d be able to perform there too. It’s another gift that I’ll share with you who will be there singing with me! I’m waiting for you with affection“.

A journey through the successes of a legendary career

The Venetian stage, promoted by Municipality of Venice and Vela Spapromises to be a special event in a unique location in the world, allowing the audience to retrace some of Tozzi’s greatest hits. From “Ti Amo” to “Gloria”, passing through “Si può dare di più”, “Gli altri siamo noi”, “Gente di mare”, “Dimmi di no”, “Stella Stai” and “Donna amante mia”, the evening will be a journey through the career of an icon of Italian music.

The surprise announcement of her farewell to the stage

Golden Globe winner and Grammy nominee Umberto Tozzi has surprisingly announced his farewell to the stage on March 15, 2024 at the Théâtre L’Olympia in Paris. The prestigious auditorium, one of the oldest and most important in the world, has been graced by the artist three times and will be a key stop on his tour, organized by Friends & Partners, Momy Records and Concerto Music.

A world tour in exceptional locations

The tour includes nearly 60 shows in exceptional locations across four continents: Europe, America, Asia and Oceania. The artist will be accompanied by the 21-piece Ensemble Symphony Orchestra, which will further enrich the musical experience with unique orchestral arrangements.
