Ciak d’Oro for the Best Italian Series of the Year to “A summer ago”. Maria Chiara Giannettaprotagonist of the second season of “Blanca”, was voted Best Italian Actress, while Luke Silver he was elected Best Actor for his performance in “Doc – Nelle tue mani 3”.
Among the international series, “Lupin 3” triumphed by a hair’s breadth, after a long head-to-head with another popular Netflix series, “The Crown 6”.
Best international protagonist, elected with a real plebiscite, India Amarteifioprotagonist of “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story”, also offered by Netflix.
Ciak for Best Italian Series to The Jackal
In the two categories dedicated to the younger audience, the Best Italian series was “Pesci piccoli – Un’agenzia. Molti idee. Poco budget” by Prime Video, signed and performed by The JackalWhile Nicolas Maupas won among the Protagonists of the Year, thanks to his performances in “A Professor 2” and “We Are Legend”.
The panorama of awards will be completed in the next few days by the awards curated by the Ciak editorial team, including the Superciak d’oro 2023.
350 thousand votes were collected for the second edition of the Ciak d’oro TV Series
Meanwhile, the success of this edition is clearly evident from the numbers. There were 350 thousand votes collected on the Ciak website, ciakmagazine.it for the second edition of the Ciak d’oro Serie tv, which allowed the public of fans to directly choose their favorite titles and the protagonists of a year of stories told by great seriality. A photograph emerged of the series and the Italian and international protagonists most loved by the general public, among the titles released between April 1, 2023 and May 31, 2024.
The categories voted
Seven categories were voted: Best Italian Series of the Year, Best Italian Actor and Actress of the Year, Best International Series and Best International Lead Actor, in this case without distinction of gender.
Also present this year are two autonomous categories dedicated to the tastes of the younger audience: Best Series and Best Leading Actor (No Gender).
