Viterbo – We receive and publish – Transparency, the deadline for the obligation to publish public funds received is approaching. Those who haven’t done so yet only have until June 30th.

With the Growth Decree, the obligation came into force at the beginning of 2020. The obligation to provide information on public grants exceeding 10,000 euros also concerns partnerships and micro businesses from this date. And it must be renewed every year.

Companies that do not have the obligation to file financial statements, associations, foundations and non-profit organizations will have to publish the sums obtained from the public administration on their own website or that of their trade association.

The Cna immediately made its portal available to businesses. For those who do not comply and violate the transparency and publicity obligations, the sanctions will amount to 1% of the funds received, starting however from a minimum of 2,000 euros.

Companies that do not have a web portal available to respond to the obligation can contact the Cna of Viterbo and Civitavecchia on 0761/2291.
