Trademarks, domains and distinctive signs
All registered and unregistered trademarks of products or services, logos, banners, headings, sections, domains, and any other distinctive sign that appear on this site are the property of the Municipality. All rights reserved. They can be used exclusively with the prior written consent of the owner.
Any action reserved to the owner of the rights by national and international laws regarding trademarks and distinctive signs carried out without his authorization will be civilly and criminally prosecutable.
Use of the portal
Under no circumstances will the Municipality be held responsible for damages of any nature caused directly or indirectly by access to the site, by the inability or impossibility of accessing it, by reliance on and use of the information contained therein.
The Municipality will include updated information on the site, but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The Municipality reserves the right to modify the contents of the site and the legal notices at any time and without notice.
Linked external sites
The Municipality has no responsibility regarding the sites which can be accessed via the links within the portal itself, provided as a simple service to network users.
The fact that the Municipality provides these links does not imply approval of the sites themselves, for the quality, contents and graphics of which the Municipality declines all responsibility.
The Municipality is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information obtained by the user through access to external sites linked to its portal.
The Municipality does not offer any insurance on the software that may be present on its portal or on external sites and cannot guarantee its quality, safety and compatibility with the systems in use.
Downloads
The objects, products, programs and routines that may be present in the download portal – for example technical documentation, forms, software, … – unless otherwise indicated are freely and free of charge available under the conditions established by the owner.
The Municipality assumes no responsibility for the content of the documents or the characteristics of the documented products, nor for the functioning of the programs.
What is available via download on the portal may be covered by copyright, rights of use and/or copying of the respective owners; therefore the Municipality invites you to verify conditions of use and rights and considers itself explicitly relieved of any responsibility in this regard.
Computer viruses
The Municipality does not guarantee that the site is free of errors or viruses. The City and its suppliers are not responsible for damages suffered by you due to such destructive agents.
