The Carabinieri of the Operational Section of the NOR of the Company of Teramo have arrested, following a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Teramo, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office, two men because they were allegedly responsible for the crime of drug dealing narcotics.
The investigations begun some time ago and carried out by the Carabinieri of Teramo made it possible to reconstruct: a flourishing drug dealing activity carried out by an Italian man who owned a bar who, in addition to supplying narcotics, allowed them to be used within his business, during the activities, ten sales of narcotics of the “cocaine” type were found; a collateral drug dealing activity near the same business by a foreigner who sold narcotic substances such as cocaine and hashish; six sales of drugs were found within the activities.
The investigations, which lasted a few months, were based on technical activities, direct and indirect evidence, acquisition and study of video footage from both public and private video surveillance systems, personal, home and vehicle searches with consequent seizures of drugs.
During the execution of the measures, in which the dog unit of the Carabinieri Dog Unit of Chieti participated, small quantities of narcotics such as cocaine and hashish.
The two arrested at the end of the relevant formalities were associated with the Pescara prison.
