A new accessibility system for the most fragile categories, revised graphics and renewed contents. The new website is online Corecom Sicily, Regional Communications Committee.
By clicking on www.corecomsicilia.it you can access the various sections, consulting public utility services such as Conciliawebthe platform Agcom for the resolution of disputes between users and telephone, internet and Pay TV operators.
Furthermore, Corecom Sicilia says yes todigital inclusion and is among the first institutional bodies on the island to launch a platform with accessibility modes for epilepsy, dampening the color, for subjects suffering from cognitive disabilities, helping to concentrate on specific contents, ADHD friendly mode, reducing distractions and improving concentration and for blind people, allowing the use of the site with a screen reader.
“It seemed necessary to us – states the president of Corecom Sicily, Andrea Peria Giaconia – break down all barriers to ensure that public services such as Conciliaweb, the Agcom service which assists citizens in disputes with telecommunications operators completely free of charge, are accessible to all without having to resort to the help of family members or companions , but usable in full autonomy even for the most fragile subjects”.
