CASTELFRANCO – Castelfranco Veneto is preparing to welcome the eighth edition of TEDxCastelfrancoVenetoto be held Saturday 29 June 2024 at the Academic Theatre. The double shift formula, already tested last year, will be proposed again to allow the participation of a greater number of spectators. This year’s theme is “Synthesis”, a reflection on the need to find balance in the era of information overload. In a world flooded with content, often redundant or harmful, the concept of synthesis emerges as a vital necessity. TEDxCastelfrancoVeneto speakers will try to combine ideas from various sectors to highlight key meanings, transforming complex concepts into clear and meaningful messages.
“Sintesi is a lighthouse in the chaos that guides us in the storm of information, towards the most important ideas and the most exciting stories,” reads the event presentation. The management of the event will be entrusted to Massimo Scola, well-known film and theater actor. Among the speakers, names from different disciplines stand out: Valerio Amilcare (aka Mangiasogni, author), Jessica M. Masucci (freelance journalist), Lorenzo Barbasetti of Prun (chef and researcher), Laura Nacci (linguistic communicator), Davide Nejoumi (Aerospace Engineering student), Benedetta Giovanola (professor of moral philosophy), Alessandro Mustazzolu (microbiologist), Francesco Menditto (Republic Prosecutor), Sara Furlanetto (documentary photographer) e Marco Trevisan (art manager).
Tickets are available online on the official event website and include a seat, a gift bag and a coffee break.
