Ended up in handcuffs school collaborator employed in the Paolo Carcano high school in Como. According to the accusations, in fact, the man was responsible for the crime of sexual violence against two students of the school. Apparently the abuse occurred during recess or before lessons.
The reconstruction
The protagonist of this terrible story is a 64-year-old man who, according to what was reported by the prosecution, had sexually abused of two girls who studied in the institute where he worked. The subject would first try to gain the trust of the teenagers, then move on to sexual assault.
Apparently the first complaints they were apparently filed against the janitor last March, while a precautionary custody measure was initiated in April. In recent days, however, the investigations have been closed and the 64-year-old is now restricted to House arrest.
According to what the victims, both minors, said, the janitor had managed to approach them during the break and in the moments before lessons, offering them drinks and snacks. One of the girls, in particular, said that as time passed, the 64-year-old’s attentions had become increasingly morbid. Having gained the trust of her younger daughter, the man convinced her to follow him. The harassment apparently took place inside the library, given that the 64-year-old was in possession of the keys. On one occasion – one of the students said – the janitor allegedly used a rope to tie her up and sexually abused her. Therefore, he would have had intimate relations with one of the girls, while the other young girl would have been molested.
It would have been a friend of the girls who raised the alarm. Having read some suspicious messages in which he referred to certain behaviors of the janitor, the player reported the situation to the head teacher. The latter turned to the Carabinieri of Como, presenting a formal complaint.
Investigations and arrest
The investigators considered the information to be credible
statements from the girl. Hence the decision to proceed with precautionary custody, as requested by the prosecutor’s office. The janitor is now under house arrest on charges of aggravated sexual assault.
