In the afternoon of Saturday 29 June The Regional Final of the Coni Trophy took place in Foligno with multiple tests in four specialties. The winners of this day will go on to represent Umbria in the national final of the Coni Trophy which will be held in September. Excellent performance by the girls and boys of Libertas Orvieto who faced three types of tetrathlon foreseen by the CONI regulations, therefore trying their hand at several specialties where the versatility of the young people was important.
The result of the results obtained by the men’s and women’s categories led Libertas Orvieto to place itself as the first Umbrian club in the special combined ranking. An excellent sign, this, which shows how Orvieto’s athletes are prepared in a multidisciplinary way in order to then be able to find the right specialty for each individual athlete in the future.
