The return Feast of the Four Altars a Greek’s towermade known on plan of the three days of celebrations that will take place from 19th to 21st July 2024: the party returns after a 16-year absence.

Everything is ready for the return, after sixteen years of absence, of the Feast of the Four Altars. The program of collateral initiatives to the event, scheduled to start from Friday 19th and end on Sunday 21st July, has been defined and promises to be very engaging, with several points of the city touched.
The municipal administration led by Mayor Luigi Mennellatogether with the heads of the cultural office and the artistic director of the festival Gigi Di Luca they announced the program during a meeting held at Palazzo Baronale today, July 2nd at 12.30.
During the three days there will be concerts, theatrical and dance performances, tableaux vivants, bands, street parades, street artists, conferences, altars, carpets of colored sawdust, exhibitions, murals, installations, video mapping, displays.

First party of the “social” era, will there be incoming tourism?
Music, art, faith and culture for a celebration that has its roots in history of the coral city: there is wait for what will be a new “year zero”The return of the “uttava” festival, as it is traditionally called in the city, had been widely promoted and promised by the current administration during the election campaign.
It will also be the first party of the “social” era and there is curiosity to discover the response that could be had from an event now imprinted only in the memory of the “over 20s” and practically unknown to children and adolescents: the latter among the most avid users of social sharing apps.
But it will also be interesting to understand how and if these digital resources, together with the more traditional promotion made of flyers and posters, can also serve as boost to make the Feast of the Four Altars an occasion of relaunch and promotion of tourism for the city, as repeatedly hoped for by the mayor.
