A little girl not even two years old, daughter of the 25 year old Sanremo Nessy Guerrarisks ending up in an orphanage in Egypt following a ruling by the Egyptian family court that decided in the first instance to remove custody of her daughter from her mother. A complex story, that of the young woman, who lives in Hurghada, Egypt, the homeland of her husband from whom she is separating due to violence suffered in the past. The man in Italy was sentenced to three years in prison for violence and stalking. But once he returned to Egypt with his family, he reported his wife for adultery, and now Nessy risks two years in prison, in addition to losing her daughter. The program “Chi l’ha visto?” dealt with the case.

Today, however, following the news of the sentence, Nessy launched a new appeal to several newspapers asking the Farnesina to take action to bring her back to Italy together with her daughter.

Nessy has already spent two days in prison, her lawyer Nessy is asking for a divorce and sole custody of her daughter, while her husband accuses his wife of adultery and prostitution, crimes punishable by prison in Egypt.
