The CAI Section of Monza has organized, in collaboration with DF Sport Specialist, a truly special evening to celebrate its 125 years of history with the participation of Matteo Della Bordella, Luca Schiera and Matteo De Zaiacomo.
The three mountaineers will share with the public the most beautiful adventures that have united their team on some of the most fascinating and difficult mountains in the world, from the Himalayas to Patagonia.
It is the story of the three Ragni di Lecco who have lived incredible experiences together such as the 2016 expedition on the great walls of Baffin Island, the ascents of Bhagirathi IV in India, with the opening of the route “Cavalli bardati”, and the climbs on the most beautiful mountains in Patagonia, from the remote and unexplored ones in the Hielo Continental Norte to the legendary Cerro Torre.
This evening will not only be a tale of mountaineering feats, but also an occasion to celebrate the spirit of adventure, determination, passion and friendship that unites Della Bordella, Schiera and De Zaiacomo.
The celebration of the 125th anniversary of the CAI Monza Section represents a historic milestone for the association and a moment of reflection on the values that have guided generations of mountain enthusiasts who will be able to be inspired by the adventures of the evening’s protagonists.
