Important steps for the future investments of the Pisa Sporting Club which will facilitate all the steps for the new sports center in Gagno and for the acquisition of the Arena Garibaldi, with negotiations underway for months between the Municipality and the Nerazzurri club, following the letter of intent sent by Pisa in recent months. In fact, yesterday, at the Chamber of Commerce, the documents (dating back to 30 May) forming part of the “merger resolution by incorporation of the companies ‘Centro Sportivo Repubblica di Pisa’ and ‘Pisa Sporting Club Real Estate’ were deposited for free consultation within the company ‘Pisa Sporting Club Srl'”. Both companies, which will no longer be active 30 days after the merger, had the president of Pisa Giuseppe Corrado as sole director, according to the Chamber of Commerce certificate. The merger, for the Nerazzurri club, will now allow the rationalization and incorporation of these two companies to facilitate the operation and naming of contracts for the construction of the sports center or for the restyling of the stadium, also in relation to the facilitations of the law on stadiums . By incorporating these two specific branches, the Pisa company thus acquires expertise and requirements in this branch of activity, previously the prerogative of Dea Capital, of which the former majority shareholder Enzo Ricci was also a shareholder, thus being able to manage directly and not through third parties, all aspects of restyling and construction, such as the Gagno center project, after the appointment of the project manager Fabrizio Magnaghi, a Knaster loyalist, having worked on various projects with the magnate, including the well-known redevelopment of Villa Bianca in Lerici, in the Gulf of Poets. In fact, the sports center company was acquired by Pisa in 2021 and was the owner of the Gagno land, having as its corporate purpose “the construction and operation of sports facilities, football fields, gyms, sports and recreational centers of every kind”, but also “guesthouses, bars, hotels”.
The most important part at a statutory level, however, is the following and deals with “the purchase, sale, exchange, construction, renovation of real estate; the management and rental of real estate of any kind and nature; the hiring and the execution of construction works in general, both on its own and on behalf of third parties. The company will be able to carry out all movable and real estate, commercial and financial operations that are deemed necessary”.
All skills now incorporated within the Pisa Sporting Club. These are joined by the parts relating to the Real Estate company which has, as its purpose, that of “leasing and management of real estate, land and buildings, as well as the their purchase, sale, exchange, construction, reconstruction, as well as everything connected to the creation of infrastructures for training and practicing football activities. The company can carry out commercial and industrial, banking, mortgage and real estate operations, including the purchase, the sale and exchange; resort to any form of financing; take shareholdings in other companies and provide guarantees”. Pisa is moving, waiting for the intervention of engineer Stefano Pagliara on the hydraulic swing to be scheduled in the first council commission, which could be scheduled for July.
