Twenty years celebrated in pouring rain. The Alpine Group of the Monza Section celebrated i 20 years of activity to Cornate d’Adda in the Sectional Gathering.
They marched through the city streets after having the flag raising ceremony at the War Memorial. The entire ceremony was accompanied by the Asso Fanfare and ended in front of the Alpini monument, inaugurated at the foundation of the Group in 2004.

Here are some nursery school children they laid down a composition of paper flowersthus creating an original Italian flag. To celebrate the Group’s 20th anniversary, as many blank shots were fired during the parade.

The event was attended by not only the section president Roberto Viganò and to the entire Sectional Council, Colonel Roberto Merlinialready responsible for the Strade Sicure operation, the national councilor of the National Alpine Association, Carlo Fracassi, the new mayor of Cornate Andrea Panzeriwho were joined by other first citizens of the Province of Monza and Brianza, including the mayor of Monza Paolo Pilotto. The banners of numerous Lombard and non-Lombardy sections are also different.
