Pills from the Festival. Stops, routes and times to reach the event by train
Legnano – Il Rugby Sound grows from year to year and the experience gained in these 23 editions allows us to improve the organization more and more and for the edition which will debut next Thursday 27 June, we have organized extraordinary night trains.
Here are the dates
Thanks to the signed agreement in fact between Trenord and the organization of the festivalthe Lombardy railway company added deextraordinary night trains to Varese, Milan and Treviglio on 4 dates of the event: the opening concert on June 27th with Subsonica preceded by the Röyksopp DJ set, the one on July 1st with Placebo, the 3rd July with Coez and Frah Quintale and the 13th July with Deejay Time. The ticket can only be purchased online, and must be used on the day of the corresponding concert and does not require validation.
The lines and all the stops
Special night trains to Treviglio stop at: Canegrate, Parabiago, Vanzago, Rho, Rho Fiera Milano, Passante di Milano (Certosa, Villapizzone, Lancetti, Porta Garibaldi, Repubblica, Porta Venezia, Dateo, Porta Vittoria, Forlanini), Segrate, Pioltello, Vignate, Melzo, Pozzuolo, Trecella , Cassano d’Adda.
You can reach Legnano station by train with the suburban line S5 Varese-Milano Passante-Trevigliowhich stop at the Passante railway stations: Certosa, Villapizzone, Lancetti, Porta Garibaldi Passante, Repubblica, Porta Venezia, Dateo, Porta Vittoria, Forlanini.
It is also possible to reach Legnano using the regional lines RE5 Milan-Gallarate-Varese-Porto Ceresio, R23 Milan-Gallarate-Arona-Domodossola, R21 Milan-Gallarate-Luino. The main reference station for who leaves/returns from Milan is Porta Garibaldi (Pass-through for those using the S5 line, Superficie for those using the regional lines). Once you arrive in Legnano, the concert location can be reached in approximately 25′ on foot.

Car parking
For those who reach Legnano by car, they can count on the car park in Piazza Primo Maggio, adjacent to the Isola del Castello di Legnano, the area where Rugby Sound will take place. Parking is also available in the nearby market square, remembering that on Tuesdays and Saturdays the area will be occupied first by stalls and then by cleaning vehicles, until around 5pm.
