Borsa Italiana launches Elite Puglia Hub, the first regional platform of Elite, the ecosystem founded in 2012 for small Italian businesses with high growth potential. On the occasion of its debut, Elite Puglia Hub selected 10 ‘entrepreneurial excellences’ with an aggregate turnover of 280 million.

The Puglia Region, Puglia Sviluppo and Confindustria Puglia collaborated on the initiative. The 10 selected companies join the 65 Apulian companies already in Elite, which thus reaches 1,400 companies in Italy and 2,300 internationally. Through Elite, over 234 Italian companies have raised approximately 947 million euros through the ‘Basket Bond’. Of these, 68 went public, raising 3.8 billion euros and 570 managed over 1,790 mergers and acquisitions. From 2012 to today, 25 financial operations have been registered in Puglia by 18 companies present in the network.
