Entrepreneur from Sassari in trouble for molesting a little girl.
He was an entrepreneur from Sassari got into trouble in 2014 for a series of harassment of which he had been accused by one 14 year old girl, also from Sassari. The harassment allegedly took place in a period between 2012 and 2014. In the first instance trial, the entrepreneur, who was a family friend of the alleged victim, he had been acquitted. In fact, the Gup did not believe the girl’s accusations.
In the process of appeal instead situation had been reversed. The judges, after hearing the girl, considered her account reliable. The man allegedly molested her with kisses and attempts to touch her private parts. Obviously the entrepreneur defended himself, denying to have ever had contact with that little girl. And so she proceeded with the appeal to the Supreme Court.
In recent days the sentence arrived Cassation which partially reduced the sentence, while confirming it. As La Nuova Sardegna writes, the 58-year-old entrepreneur is therefore condemned to a prison sentence of four years and six monthswith the accessory penalties ofban from schools and public offices and with the payment of a commission of 10 thousand euros to the civil party.
