Complaint for refusal to provide information on personal identity, administrative sanction for drunkenness and order to leave Piazza Roma for a 34 year old man, with a police record against himprotagonist of an intervention carried out on the night of June 22nd in Galleria XXV Aprile and then in Piazza Roma by the Carabinieri.
Around 2.30 am, a patrol was sent to Galleria XXV Aprile because several telephone calls had arrived reporting a argument between several people, one of whom was drunk, who in the meantime had moved away towards Piazza Roma. Having received his description, the military searched for the man inside the gardens, identifying him because his shirt was torn and he was clearly drunk. When asked for documents, he refused to provide them and did not intend to give his personal details even verbally, maintaining a surly attitude. Then he was accompanied to the barracks where he was photographed and identified. And his night ended with a complaint to the judicial authority for the refusal to provide information on personal identity, with the administrative sanction for drunkenness and with the notification of an order of expulsion which prohibits him from attending Piazza Roma for 48 hours.
