The municipal council will be held on Wednesday 19th at 12.30 pm to approve the 2023 final budget. This is the political act par excellence. In other words, whoever approves it or who decides to snub this appointment by not showing up will declare to the city that they agree with the line of the Marino administration.
As group leader of FdI, the first centre-right party in the city of Caserta, I invite citizens to attend physically or by using the streaming link to look in the face of those who continue to keep this council alive.
I am sure that, in addition to FdI, the Lega and Forza Italia councilors will also vote NO to the final balance and, therefore, my invitation goes to the other minority councilors and to those colleagues from the majority, who, in their hearts, know well that the only the thing to do for the good of the city is to give the citizens their say again.
After three years of administration and especially after 8 years of Marino administration, there is nothing left to build or plan, there was time, but it was wasted. Therefore, as a citizen of Caserta, and not as a municipal councilor, I invite you to stop hiding behind the “we will do, we will say, we will change”, the citizens are watching us and have understood well that those who want to keep this council alive are doing so only for the own advantage, because perhaps he wants to wait for the right moment to return to voting.
For the good of the people of Caserta, the time has come to pull the plug on this dying Administration.
