On Thursday evening, the police intervened in the Piano San Lazzaro area because the presence of some annoying people had been reported.
The Flying Squad Agents who promptly arrived on site noticed three foreign citizens present, later identified as Somali citizens. During the check, the three subjects reported that other unknown people were present in that same place, consuming alcoholic substances and, at the sight of the police car, they had fled.
One of the Somalis, aged around 29, from the investigation was found to have been the recipient, about a month ago, of the preventive measure of the mandatory expulsion order, although regularly residing on Italian territory, in consideration of the numerous prejudices of the police. by the Municipality of Ancona, issued by the Capocasa Police Commissioner last May, with a ban on returning to the Doric municipality for a period of three years.
Therefore, given his non-compliance with the aforementioned administrative provision, the Somali citizen, taken to the Police Headquarters Offices, was referred to the competent Judicial Authority for the crime provided for by the art. 76, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree N.159/2011.
