Eighteen places for as many young doctors available to work in peripheral hospitals and on the islands of Tuscany: there is time until noon on June 20th to participate in the online competition from May 22nd on the Estar website, the Region’s technical support body.
The places are distributed in the three Tuscan healthcare companies and include incentives economic, targeted professionalization and career paths for those who choose to work outside large urban centres. The call is unique at a national level, an experiment to provide an answer to the problem of deficient and hitherto less attractive areas.
In the’ASL South East a total of 7 positions are available: an internal medicine doctor is being sought for the establishment Casentino of the Arezzo combined hospitals, a nephrologist and an orthopedist to be assigned to the Nottola hospital in Montepulcianoa doctor for the organization of health services in the Hills areaAlbegna and another for the district area of Casentino, Tiber Valley, Valdichiana Arezzo, a psychiatrist for the area’s mental health department Amiata Grossetana and Metalliferous Hillsa radiologist for the establishment of Massa Marittima of the single hospital in Grosseto.
In the’Local health authority in central Tuscany the notice concerns two posts: an emergency medicine doctor for the hospital Fish in the province of Pistoia and an orthopedist for the hospital Borgo San Lorenzo in Mugello.
Nine doctors are being sought for the territories ofASL Tuscany North West. Four concern the hospital Portoferraio on the island of Elba: a geriatrician, a hygienist and epidemiologist, a pediatrician, a radiologist. The other five positions advertised are a cardiologist for the hospital chickpeas flour piea geriatrician for the Barga hospital, again a geriatrician for the hospital in Volterraa nephrologist for the hospital of Piombino and a radiologist for the hospital of Pontremoli.
