The role of general director with responsibility for legal affairs is given to the lawyer of the Palermo Bar. Called to manage the delicate Lilac situation, which is also burdened by significant debts
Legnano – Fresh and singular winds in recent weeks. It keeps the temperatures low but the attention on Legnano football is high which – in recent news – announces yet another change in the company management. It had been anticipated by Benedict himself in video interview released to our editorial staff, during which there was already talk of an intervention by the lawyer for the management of corporate affairs. No sooner said than done. In fact, the lawyer Giuseppe Pipitone will fill the role of general director with responsibility for the general affairs of the Legnano club, already legal representative of Alessandria Calcio at the time of president Benedetto. The press release reads:
“AC Legnano Calcio announces that it has entrusted the role of Director of Legal Affairs to Giuseppe Pipitone. The lawyer from the Palermo Bar will take care of the general management of the club with responsibility for legal affairs”.
He will also be called upon to resolve the debt situation – debts which would amount to around 300 thousand euros – and which adds to the legal complexities deriving from the seizure of company shares of thecurrent president Enea Benedettoa provision urged by the investigating judge of the Court of Alessandria.
