Yesterday morning, the policemen of the Doric Flying Squad tracked down and arrested a 34-year-old Italian citizen with multiple criminal convictions to serve a final sentence of 2 years and 6 months in prison. The sentence imposed is attributable to a provision for Revocation of the Suspension of the Execution Order for Incarceration and Reinstatement of Incarceration issued by the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Ancona on 11.06.2024, following the provision for the accumulation of concurrent sentences issued in November 2023 relating to two sentences; and the second from the Court of Appeal of Ancona in December 2022, which became irrevocable on 19 December 2022, both for the crimes of possession and dealing of narcotic substances committed in Meldola (FC) and Ancona respectively. In fact, in the summer of 2018 in Meldola (FC), the woman was arrested in flagrante delicto, in collaboration with two Albanian citizens, for the crime of detention for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances because, following a personal search and local, were found in possession of a total of gr. 23 of narcotic substance of the cocaine type, as well as material suitable for packaging and a precision scale. For this event, in September 2018, the Court of Forlì sentenced the woman to 2 years’ imprisonment, a sentence which became irrevocable on 10.12.2018. Furthermore, in October 2001 in Ancona, she was arrested in flagrante delicto, by the Ancona Flying Squad, in collaboration with two Albanian citizens, for the crime of possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances because, following a personal search and local, were found in possession of a total of gr. 16 of heroin-type narcotic substance, as well as suitable packaging material and precision scales.
