A total of 103,586 people from Pescara are called to the polls on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June to choose the new mayor of the city and for the renewal of the city council.
Among them, 494 are 18 year olds.

Citizens are asked to choose between 4 mayoral candidates and the related lists that support them: Carlo Costantini of the center-left and the 5 Star Movement, Gianluca Fusilli of United States of Europe, Carlo Masci of the center-right and Domenico Pettinari supported by some civic lists.

The Municipality has planned extraordinary openings of the URP (public relations office) to collect electoral cards. There are two municipal offices operating with extraordinary openings to collect the electoral cards necessary to exercise the right to vote, together with an identity document: today and tomorrow the hours of activity of the URP offices in Piazza Duca d’ have been increased Aosta and in the Colli detachment in via di Sotto, 2. The head office will be open on Saturday 8th from 8.30am to 11pm and on Sunday from 7am to 11pm. The Colli office will be active today from 8.30am to 11pm and tomorrow from 7am to 23.

In the municipal elections of Pescara there are 14 lists lined up with 431 candidates for the municipal council, there are 103,586 voters of which 48,710 males and 54,876 women. There are 170 seats and 688 scrutineers. The municipalities in the province of Pescara where we will vote are Abbateggio, Bolognano, Cappelle sul Tavo, Caramanico Terme, Castiglione a Casauria, Catignano, Città Sant’Angelo, Corvara, Farindola, Lettomanoppello, Montebello di Bertona, Montesilvano, Mocufo Pescara, Rosciano, Salle and Alleys.
