FREE TRAINING COURSE MANAGING ONLINE SALES

The IFOA training body organizes the free course ‘Managing online sales’.

The course aims to acquire the cknowledge related to the dynamics and tools of the digital world: from online sales to the promotion of your product or service on the various digital platforms as well as being able to implement real Digital Marketing strategies through the conscious use of tools, effectively promote the e-commerce site, improve its performance, such as choosing between the numerous platforms available.

TRAINING OFFER

The educational offer is based on the following subjects:

• Define the architecture of an eCommerce system;
• Logistics and business model of online sales;
• Planning of daily Store Management activities;
• How to draw up a strategic and operational Digital Marketing plan;
• Conversion Rate Optimizazon: improve the performance of an eCommerce;
• Bring qualified traffic to an online shop;
• Manage sales activities on marketplaces;
• Implement mobile strategies in an integrated manner between physical and online stores;
• How to choose: the differences of Amazon vs eBay;
• Tools to improve sales on Amazon and eBay;
• eCommerce platforms (Shopify);
• Integrate e-commerce with other channels;
• E-commerce forecast and final reports;
• User Experience.

RECIPIENTS

The free training course is aimed at candidates resident and/or domiciled in the region Lombardy and enrolled in the GOL Lombardia route with a cluster between 2 and 4.

Are excluded men between 30 and 54 years old, unemployed for less than 6 months who do not receive any form of income support.

VENUE, CONDUCTION AND CERTIFICATE OF THE COURSE

The course will take place in Mantua and it will begin September 10, 2024. In total they are expected 40 hours of training.

At the end of the educational path, the students will be issued an IFOA attendance certificate and a Skills Certification.

ORGANIZING BODY

Ifoa is a training body created by the Chambers of Commerce and is also an employment agency. It has its registered office in Reggio Emilia and has training centers located in various regions of Italy.
