“Yesterday, a written question was registered with the Municipal Administration on behalf of Actionwith which clarifications are requested for the loss of a loan equal to 3,000,000.00 euros preparatory to the realization of the new children’s centre at San Valentino neighborhood and another Pnrr loan concerning the construction of a new kindergarten in area 167 for an amount of 1,900,000.00 euros” – they remember Antonio Nespoli And Gianluca Grumo (respectively City Commissioner and City Councilor of Action to Andria) which continue:
“To date, in fact, we are not aware that the technical-economic feasibility projects have been presented by the Municipal Administration, preliminary to the validation of the 5 million euro loan, although already from 28 September 2022 first and then on 7 December 2022, the Mayor announced via social media the obtaining of the funding which was the subject of the question. With the same, the Bruno Administration was also asked to clarify what the real intentions are regarding the reactivation of the Gabelli municipal nursery, which has been closed for over 3 years and not operational, now in structural deterioration, causing further disadvantages to the proposal and training offer of our city” – concluded Nespoli and Grumo.
