And he did it, precisely by definition, starting from one chaos situation: not a mess at all broken downdisjointed and without any grip, or head or tail.
This is a truly epochal transformation which has concerned, and still concerns, one of the most relevant and fundamental areas of our society, and which has recently completely changed ‘face’. Almost.
Yes, because like any real transformation, this one too has had, and is still having, not only problems to overcome, sudden obstacles, but also a ‘passing’ phase.

In short, we are talking about the revolution that led to the arrival in our cities of electric motor cars, which are defined as zero emissions or zero impactthat is to say they are not polluting in any way: they are 100 percent electric, but they can also be hybrid, and in this phase of ‘ecological transition’, precisely, they find themselves coexisting with thermal and old generation cars, but precisely also with those that at the same time have a thermal engine that works alongside the electric one.
Here’s what changes for electric ones
Pollute less and less, this is the objective but also not to lose ourselves economically: for this reason, between government incentives, production support and a gradual transition history towards electric as the core business of the multinationals in the sector, we are proceeding step by step.
The latest one is what is called as battery passport: from the 2027 it will be official and necessary by law to have a document which, if not issued, will make the cars illegal. A certificate that electric cars must have to prove the carbon footprint to ensure that materials used and methods of operation are not contrary to EU rules.
