“’Informed and trained’ is a project conceived and managed directly by CoReCom Valle d’Aosta which, in addition to being the first activated in Italy upon specific delegation of the Guarantor Authority, has innovative characteristics and above all as its objective, starting from a ‘basic’ level, the acquisition, in a relatively short time, of greater digital skills while promoting a conscious use of the tools available to the community” , explains the president of CoReCom Valle d’Aosta, Elena Boschini.

The mayor of Aosta adds instead Gianni Nuti: The initiative proposed by CoReCom is part of an activity of bringing citizens closer to services online that we are increasing. The digitalisation of public administration processes and services is now an unavoidable circumstance, as, over the years, the population tends to be increasingly made up of those who have received IT training since childhood or who have acquired for professional reasons at a later time. Starting from this assumption, we certainly intend, as the regional capital, to be protagonists of a digital transition path also made of anticipatory and innovative choices, but always with an eye on the most fragile users who cannot in any way be abandoned”.
