After the match against Frosinone Ivan Juric went down to the locker room to talk to the team, he spoke about it in the press conference
After the match between Turin and Frosinone ended 0-0, Ivan Juric who was in the stands because he was disqualified chose to go down to the locker room immediately after the final whistle to speak to the team. In the press conference on the eve of Inter-Turin he spoke for the first time about Sunday’s drawn match against the Gialloblù, explaining that after the match against Frosinone he was disappointed with the team: “I was very disappointed, it’s the first match since the first match against Inter where everything went badly, I didn’t like anything, I don’t want to see this anymore apart from opponents or anything else, in the next five matches I want to see my team, the one from the last 20 games, it’s not possible to play a game like this.”. Certainly harsh words towards his players followed however by overall optimistic words which also reveal the hope of Juric of still being able to miraculously reach Europe.
Paro had dismissed the matter in the post-match conference
Matteo Paro, assistant coach and therefore Juric’s replacement in the match against Frosinone, spoke in front of the cameras after the 0-0 draw last day of the championship and also answered the question regarding the behavior of the Split coach. Deputy Juric commented on his colleague’s choice to go down to the locker room after the match, dismissing it as a simple confrontation with the team and himself regarding the match. However, from what Juric said in the press conference, before the match against Inter, he implied that the famous discussion with his players about the match must not have been very friendly. However, the coach confirmed in the press conference his optimism and confidence in the group.
