The trade union organizations Fisascat CISL Abruzzo Molise in the person of the secretary Stefano MURAZZO and FIM CISL Abruzzo Molise in the person of the secretary Marco LAVIANO express deep concern for the situation involving the workers on ASRE.M contracts for the fire prevention and emergency management service in emergency response. Well, as per the AWARD MEASURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MOLISE TAR JUDGMENT N. 359/2023 OF 12/30/2023, the aforementioned service was awarded by Gruppo Servizi Associati Spa; On 06.17.2024 the client ASRE.M, communicated to the companies currently managing the service, Fursol Srl, Geo Impianti Srl, DP Servizi Srl, Califel Srl, CSQ Estintori Srl, the termination of the service as of 06.30.2024; In June 2024, Gruppo Servizi Associati started the procedure for changing the contract by requesting from the companies currently managing the service (Fursol Srl, Geo Impianti Srl, DP Servizi Srl, Califel Srl, CSQ Estintori Srl) the evidentiary documents of the workers suitable for hiring staff from 01.07.2024. The undersigned OO.SS, on 06.07.2024 asked, by certified e-mail, the Associated Services Group and ASRE.M to set up a merit table to carry out the joint examination in order to safeguard employment levels. On 18.06 .2024 the undersigned OO.SS., having not received a reply, sent a certified e-mail to Gruppo Servizi Associati and ASRE.M, requesting the completion of the joint examination. To date, only 8 (eight) days after the start of the service (01.07.2024) by the Servizi Associati Group, none date, for the completion of the joint examination, has been scheduled. Considering this deafening silence and behavior on the part of the GSA and the client ASRE.M, unacceptable and symptomatic of a broader problem of respect and dignity towards female workers and of the workers, the Fisascat CISL Abruzzo Molise and the Fim CISL Abruzzo Molise have proclaimed a state of agitation requesting an urgent summons to the prefectural bodies also alerting the Territorially Competent Labor Inspectorate. Once again Molise seems to be a land of conquest to the detriment of the workers and workers. Fisascat Cisl Abruzzo Molise and Fim Cisl Abruzzo Molise are alongside the workers, not excluding any initiative and declare themselves ready to mobilize if to assert the right to work enshrined in the Constitution.
