Alessandra Canale he will obtain 45 thousand euros from Rai in the form of compensation after winning the long legal battle which ended with the rejection of the appeal presented by the same company against the 2022 ruling which defined his assignment to other tasks as “illegitimate”. According to the judges, the presenter of Onda Verde and Meteo Sera suffered serious damage to her image between 2006 and 2013, a period during which she was forced into forced inactivity. To the sum of 45 thousand euros you will have to add that of 8 thousand and 830 euros as biological damage.
The battle of Alexandra Channel towards the Rai it was very long. It was September 20, 2002 when the presenter announced that she had been ousted from Rai, crying herself: her tears greeted the audience with “I love you all”. In 2010, then, her first victory with the Supreme Court which established that Rai had to give her back the role of announcer. It is not clear, however, whether those held after 2013 can be included in the role announcer: it will now be up to Canale’s lawyers to clarify this point.

The dispute between Alessandra Canale, the “good evening lady”, and Rai, began in the 2000s and more precisely in 2003 when on TV, at the end of her last announcement in prime time on Rai 2, the announcer burst into tears.
