Torre del Lago, 17 June 2024 – In six aboard an old Renault Clio loaded with cocaine And hashish they went off the roadAurelia to Lake Tower overwhelming part of the fence of a piece of land and knocking down a telephone line pole. Before they left the scene of the accident, they were stopped by municipal police officers who, at the end of the checks, arrested the driver of the car, a Moroccan resident in Pisa with a history of drug dealing. Same nationality for the other five people who are domiciled in Torre del Lago. All with regular residence permits. Their position on the national territory will now certainly be reviewed in light of what happened.
L’accident it happened yesterday morning around 10.30 and it was the residents of the area who called the municipal police when they saw that the six were leaving the scene of the accident. When a patrol arrived, one of the foreigners was noticed throwing a wrapper under a parked car. So while checking the identities of the people, the municipal officials proceeded to look for that wrapper: it was two cotton socks with knives, money inside (a lot of money, over a thousand euros) and various wrappers containing drugs. The six were therefore taken to the police station where it was ascertained that they were carrying 19 grams of cocaine and 115 grams of hashish. in the house in Torre del Lago a precision scale and wrappers to package the doses.
At the end of the investigations, as we said, the driver of the Clio was arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs. The man must also answer for driving without insurance and a license and for having transported a greater number of people than permitted in the car.
