from Pininfarina super cars to jewels

One day as Bruce Wayne, one day as Batman. For many enthusiasts it is a secret dream (almost impossible to fulfill), for others it is already a reality. An exclusive and millionaire reality that cannot help but follow the lifestyle of one of the most coveted and desired billionaires in Gotham City, where he controls the famous family company: the imaginary Wayne Enterprises.

Batman’s mansion comes to life

But where is the news? Essentially in the fact that Wayne Enterprises also exists in reality, under the umbrella of Wayne Enterprises Experience, an exclusive – and indeed experiential – project created by the collaboration between Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and the Relevance International agency, expert in the world of innovation and luxury.

Conceived as a format in 2020, the Wayne Enterprises Experience has recently gained attention. At the beginning of the month, in fact, he transformed, for an entire week, an almost 22 million dollar apartment on West 17th Street, in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan (New York), into the villa of billionaire Bruce Wayne.

Accessible only by private invitation, the apartment (about 11,000 square meters) housed within it an infinite series of luxury goods – which could obviously be scanned with a QR code and purchased – worth around 40 million dollars, such as evident Forbes. From a $5.2 million Pininfarina supercar parked in the garage (there are 4 models built and inspired by the Dark Knight), to the fastest electric bike in the world, to a set of military-grade encrypted phones and a custom-made Alpange piano. And it doesn’t end there.

Led by the actors who played Lucius Fox (the CEO of Wayne Enterprises) and Alfred Pennyworth (Bruce Wayne’s butler), guests were also able to go down to the basement. An environment that, renovated to resemble the Batcave, displayed jewels worth almost 28 million dollars.

In addition to the luxury goods shown during the experience, there are several products developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Product and available on the BruceWayneX.com website. One of them is Exo for Wayne, a new skincare line, produced by RegenEra, based on cutting-edge biotech technology that only Bruce Wayne could have: exosomes, small cellular structures that transport molecules, such as proteins, growth factors, lipids, and nucleic acids, to other cells.

What would Bruce Wayne’s net worth be?

Second Forbes Bruce Wayne in reality would have a current asset of 32 billion dollars, more than Lukas Walton of Walmart (30.8 billion dollars) and in the wake of MacKenzie Scott (35.3 billion dollars).
