For reasons currently under investigation, a Fiat Stilo collided head-on close to a curve, the driver of which, a resident of a nearby town, was proceeding in the direction of travel on the Messina side, and a motorbike driven by the boy who was proceeding in the opposite direction. reverse direction. On site the surveys were carried out by the carabinieri of the Capo d’Orlando station under the command of lieutenant Claudio Bettini and those of the Radiomobile Unit of the Company of Sant’Agata Militello. The military regulated the traffic, which was large at that time, in both directions before clearing the lane once the tow truck had towed and taken away the two vehicles involved in the accident.
