Stalking, attempted extortion and robbery. Yesterday afternoon, 13 June, the officers of the Terracina police station enforced a ban on approaching the offended party, with the application of an electronic bracelet, against a 34-year-old local man.

The victim turned to the police and said she had received beatings and threats from the suspect. She then showed numerous messages received from the man and 18 photos depicting bruises and contusions resulting from the beatings received. Once targeted investigative investigations were launched, it emerged that the woman was forced to live in a state of anxiety and fear. On several occasions the man, noticing her in the street while she was in the car, stopped suddenly and remained staring at her for some time.

During the investigative activities, audio messages sent to the victim were acquired, in which the suspect addressed clear death threats to the victim, also confirmed by the exhibition of two gun casings, which he showed her, making her understand that they would be for you in case of complaint. On the basis of the investigative elements collected, the judicial authority requested the application of an appropriate precautionary measure. The investigating judge of the Latina court, given the concrete danger of recurrence of the crimes and considering the sense of anxiety and fear of the victim, ordered the measure of the prohibition of approach with application of the electronic control bracelet.
