GWas Marc Marquez’s choice right? Can a contract be signed in less than 24 hours like Aprilia and Jorge Martin did? Is it right for Enea Bastianini to go to KTM? Obviously, after what happened in the last week there are many questions that fans are asking themselves. We did a few Livio Suppo, someone who has managed important contracts in the pastknows how it works both on the manufacturer’s side and on the driver’s side.

“It was certainly a very difficult choice – says Livio in the podcast -, but it’s understandable that Ducati has bet on Marc Marquez”.

Why? I suppose you explain it very well, as well as revealing how it’s not so unusual to reach an agreement between a great manufacturer like Aprilia and a great rider like Jorge Martin in less than a day.

“A draft agreement has certainly been made, there will then be time for the actual contract”, are the words of Suppo, who, a bit like everyone else, remained rather more surprised by Marquez’s “rejection” on the possibility of racing in Pramac in 2025. As always, his assessments are very interesting and in the podcast Livio also reveals a gem about Bastianini/KTM.

Livio Suppo’s complete analysis in the 166th episode of #atuttogas, online on Moto.it and on audio platforms starting from 9.00 am on Sunday 9 June.

See you next week for a new episode of #atuttogas.
