June 30th marks the end of a record-breaking season for the Pallavolo Crotone family, with countless matches played between youth and major league championships.
The organizational goals achieved by the management staff are commendable, and the sporting results of the company are exciting, having competed not only within the province and the region but also at a national level.
500 members with a substantial increase for the men’s sector which has reached 100 athletes, numbers that make the President’s head spinand Romina Pioli which a few days ago called the Board of Directors and then the assembly, to deliberate the entry of new forces into the Board and the management staff in order to adapt the organizational machine and the management structure to the proportions of the affiliated group and lay a solid foundation to be delivered to the technical staff who will plan the next season.
There are many new developments in the pipeline regarding the individual training offer that will be studied in addition to the technical preparation.
President Romina Pioli will have at her side two vice presidents identified by the assembly in the two managers Vittoria Zurlo and Domenico Voce who will assist the staff during the new season which will begin on July 1st with the re-affiliation and subsequent registration for the most important championship: the women’s B1 series.
The first to return to work will therefore be the technicians Piero Asteriti and Alfredo Argiró who are already studying the technical program for the next B1 series championship and will very soon be able to present the athletes who have been contracted.
President Romina Pioli she says she is satisfied with the results and enthusiastic about the season that awaits the company “ We will soon present our new management team to the city and other sports clubs in their roles and immediately afterwards we will proceed to present all the sponsor entrepreneur friends who decide to embrace the Crotone volleyball project, a reality that is always evolving and with high and ambitious goals. I am confident that we will have the support of many local entities that see us as a professional organization for the creation of an environment of healthy values for our young people.”.
