Wesley Snipes will return to the role of Blade in Deadpool & Wolverine, probably for more than just a cameo.
There is now less than a month left until the release of Deadpool & Wolverine and rumors about the characters continue to circulate. The latest indiscretion from scooper Daniel Richtman claims that a certain actor will resume his role probably more famous, and for more than just a cameo.
Apparently, Wesley Snipes will return to take on the role of Bladebut it will remain as supporting character for a good portion of the film’s duration. This fits with a previous rumor that Wade Wilson and Logan will reunite their own “Avengers” team composed of variants from the Multiverse to defeat Cassandra Nova.

During the first episode of The Official Marvel Podcast, Kevin Feige confirmed that the study has kept at least some characters hidden until the audience sits down in the theater to watch the threequel.
“The whole thing is as gory, foul-mouthed and R-rated as you would expect, but it’s also extremely captivating and emotional. Seeing them interact with TVA agents and people who know that organization from the first and second seasons of Loki is a thrill. There combination of all these different worlds and all these different flavors, and maybe even some others that people won’t know until they see the film, it’s exciting“.
This means that Snipes could remain as Blade for Avengers: Secret Wars? It’s possible, but Mahershala Ali is still set to play a new version of the Daywalker…eventually!
