Weather alert of color giallo in Fvg starting from today, June 30, and until 11.59pm tomorrow, July 1, for heavy rains with widespread thunderstorms: this is the bulletin released this morning by the Fvg Civil Protection. They are expected until this evening possible showers and some thunderstorms afternoon in the mountains and plains. Possible some isolated stronger thunderstorms. Tomorrow the weather will be unstable with probable showers and widespread thunderstorms with heavy rain, more frequent in the plains and mountains.
Thunderstorms with heavy rain
Some strong thunderstorms with locally intense rainfall will also be possible. The occurrence of these meteorological events can lead to local crisis situations in the minor hydrographic and urban drainage network, local slope instability phenomena, local traffic interruptions and problems related to possible gusts of wind during storms.
Water bomb in the Treviso area
A strong storm hit the Pedemontana area, lashing the hills and the gravel area of the Piave. Strong gusts of wind and pouring rain put the crops and vineyards to the test, already severely affected by the bad weather, and created landslides on the hills.
